How do you know the flu vaccine didn’t work in some way? It might not have prevented someone from getting ill but it likely did help make the symptoms less severe and allowed their body a better chance of fighting the virus faster. Assuming it does nothing because people still get sick is not correct.
My kids got sick with the flu 3 years ago and it affected my oldest very hard where he was out of school for over a week. We had not gotten a flu shot that year. The next winter we did get the shot and my 2 healthier kids didn’t get the flu at all and my oldest only had a very mild case where he had a fever for 1 day vs the 6 continuous days the previous season.
We will be getting the Covid vaccine. Nobody should want to be sick for 2 weeks......
