I wanted to update you all. We’ve been working since the last video I posted a few months ago on trying to correct her posture and get her to use her hips properly and TTB. We still have a lot of work to do, but I wanted to see what you all thought.
Much improved imo.
She seems to create stretch quickly. A good thing. I would have her move from the middle more and see if you could get rid of the reach with the front foot. Which in turn opens her early. While working on that I would let her back foot flare a bit out. It will help her stay closed a bit longer as well. Let her experiment with how much.
The sequence is pretty good and so is her force production. I think she is gonna be a big hitter for years to come. Fix the reach and see where she’s at.
