Lafayette ... any comments on their hitter's mechanics?

Sort of like Bonds hitch but doesn't load the same after?? Kind of goes straight to the ball from that point? (although it is hard to see from that angle)
The "hand drop" here is what caught my eye...
It's a drill...not from 43'...not game speed.....
Here is what happens when a hitter drops her hands and the ball continues to rise....(see second pitch of the gif)

Kind of a progression. First swings of most of girls look like drill above. Over emphasis on the hands. Then same with back hip ahead. Then hands closer to shoulder and less uptick of barrel more resistance in torso.

If you consider ir and its effect on the hand a hand drop coupled with some "backside" stretch, then theres a whole slew of mlb'ers who "hand drop". Not dropping her hands

Why are so many of the images/gifs missing from this thread??
The pics/gifs aren't hosted within this site, they're linked an outside host. If something changes on the host side (pics deleted, moved, etc.), the link is not longer valid. Being that the thread is 4 years old, these things tend to happen.

Swing looks OK. Pitch selection could be better, but when you got it like that...
