Does she walk through on her finish now? It looks a little faster.

Do you have her pitch to you without you knowing what's coming to see if it fools you?

Didn't ask her to walk through, not sure why she done that.
I don't catch her now but I'll try that with her catcher today and see if she fools her.

Yes, better. The ball speed appears to have increased slightly and she is not reaching for the sky.......this is being hypercritical, but could she just accelerate the arm up to eye high.
How about having her throw her change up with even more energy....she might pick up another MPH and increase her deception a little.

We've been working on giving more effort on change ups but MAN IS IT FRUSTRATING when she does. lol. She'll skip them on the ground as much as hit the glove but I agree more energy would be more deception. We'll definitely work on it. Thanks!

It is so hard to tell from the video, but it appears that she does not get the same good Brush Interference on the change up as she gets with her fastball. If she is missing B/I the location will vary all over the map. B/I is an absolute for every pitch....it is probably the #1 criteria for location consistency.

*Movement comes from Finger Pressure... & breaks 2 planes

*CU=Backflip CU

Hopefully not without full gear! Gotta love that communication glitch when you're thinking CU or DB and DD is thinking FB or RB!

If you're able, learn to whip with BI. The lightbulb moment is pretty cool.

One visual cue to help the person on the bucket, is looking for the ball to explode from the thigh. There should be little-to-no gap visible between the thigh and the ball/hand.
