Completely lost when it comes to pitching

We have pitchers do step backs right after you let go of the ball.

Her PC had her doing this at the end of her lesson. She would pitch the ball, step back, repeat. She struggle all lesson until this drill. Both her and PC were pitching and the first one who threw 3 balls would lose. Happy to say, she won.

She looks much better in the last video posted. Now, she can work on getting the push foot to come up behind her leap foot without dragging it hard on the ground. It's best if she can just keep the big toe in contact with the ground. Read all the threads mentioned and like Ken said...this girl has a chance to be really good!
