For those using 2014 Xenos, can anyone tell me how the actual weight compares to the listed weight? I bought my daughter a new non-Xeno bat recently, however it was 1.4oz over the stated weight, making what we thought was a -10 into a -8.6. Not good for her. She was coming from a -11 so it was a huge change for her. Manufacturer said it was within tolerance. They said "industry standard" is to weigh bats before grip, paint, end cap. Only issue I have with that is that other bats we have (Demarini, Worth) are within a tenth or two of listed weight, so it doesn't seem to be "standard" for them...
Now I'm thinking of going with the Xeno, but want to make sure that a -10 is in reality a -10, give or take a tenth or two. Any help is appreciated.
