Based on the description it seems like the biggest difference is reduced vibrations in the handle and the -11 being much more similar in construction to the -10 than in the past. But that's just my take on it from reading their blurb of softballsales.com.

Looks like they took the handle design that they introduced with the CF6 Insane and moved that over to all the models drop 9, 10 (reg, insane and hope), 11, called them CF7. There is a drop 8 that does not look like it has the change.

The change is the handle. DD loved the handle on the CF6 Insane-I didn't like the paradox composite material and it looks like no one else did either as its gone.

CF6 Insanes sweet spot slowly died in less than a year with the new material.

Been a Demarini fan since CF5 but as of last week DD is swinging the Easton mako and loves it. Best sweet spot Ive seen in a while

My twins are both still swinging the CF5 Hope. Was wondering if it was time to get them new bats - they both hit a HR within the last week in their high school games, so I guess I get to put it off for a while!! They still seem to have a lot of pop, was just thinking about because they are 2+ years old. Was gonna get the CF6 Hope for them cause it's pretty much the same bat. Maybe the CF6s will come down for me!

Most bats are the next years bats when they come out. Heck, Miken brought out their 2015 Psycho end of 2013...haha.
