The video is over 3 years old, so she's gotta be playing 10U by now. I would love to see what she's capable of doing today.

I taught a 6yr old to pitch, I believe I discussed it with Hal briefly as we were both working with 6yr olds at the time.
The only reason I took her on was she had 2 older sisters and kept doing the windmill motion goofing off and her dad didn't want her getting any bad habits. She did an awesome job, her dad put her in 10u league as a 7r old and she was the dominate pitcher in the league for 2 years, then moved her to 10u travel as a 9-10yr old. If anyone is worried about burn out starting that young, this one never did, she's 15 now and still going strong.
