Who has used a diamond kinetics ball? I have some questions

So my daughter is 10 and in her first season pitching after sevral years of on/off lessons and will age up to 12u for fall. I feel confident she will have an intrest in pitching for a while, and I was thinking about picking up a Diamond kinetics ball when she switches to a 12” ball.
what are your thoughts in it? Is it easy to use? Is the app user freindly?
What does it do without the monthly subscription? What funtions do you have to pay for?

I think it's a nice toy. I don't know how much it's worth as a diagnostic. it does a good job of tracking spin, I think, but it always said DD's speed was much faster than she probably was, so you to make sure the plate distance is correct, because I think that's how it tracks speed.

The connection was always a little spotty, which was frustrating. All in all I don't think it can hurt, but I don't know how much help it was, either.

Very good tool. Speed on mine always seemed accurate when I would check it against my pocket radar. Really nice to help you see spin axis and rpm's.
