Where to stand in the Box?
IN FASTPITCH
Front- closer to pitcher
Middle
Back- closer to catcher

Would that answer be the same in BB ?

More Fun ENJOY

@RADcatcher with a denial of service attack in an effort to kill the the TTB thread. I commend your effort..
Welllll the hitting folks really dig in to their posts...and general discussion got a bit_________ to read. 🤪

🤓 maybe give something else in the sport to think about????

*edited 1st post for clarification...

That was a loaded question hence how far away from the plate wasn't an option..pay attention.
I made it an option.LOL. Toes on the line and adjust the depth to the pitchers speed and style. Usually front foot even with the front of the plate as a basis.
Pet peeve of mine is when the hitter stands in the middle of the box and could reach the outside pitch with a 38 inch bat and goes down looking, complaining it was outside.

Think BB players tend to be more in the back of the box in general. Not sure why. Maybe that's what they see on TV?

Depth - as deep as needed so you can pull a rope down the line and it is a fair ball
Width - close enough to the plate so you can barrel a pitch on outside corner
