The camera angle makes it difficult to access the front leg. From the front view it looks fine. A lot of pitchers land on a flexed knee and pop 'up' into release, it looks like she might have some of that. The arm also looks acceptable to me, the blurry picture is not the best for making a judgement. Pitchers generate velocity through a combination of their arm circle and their IR. Those that are more dependent on the arm circle will not have as much elbow flex, like Jennie Finch. St John's plays Kentucky and Auburn at the Games in Florida, maybe we can see her live.

This girl has some flex in the front leg. She is also using the body differently.

This is different then both.

Pitchers exaggerate different things.

Basic motion is good. She needs to work on her lower body mechanics. She can probably add another 5 MPH if she gets her lower working correctly.

Her riseball is good. Drop is so-so. Change up is awful--really slows down her body. Screwball and curve...meh.

To me her leg drive lacks explosiveness.

It’s not like this,

(don’t be to fooled by the panning)

Needs to raise the knee, create better drive, better hip/pelvis extension. Like Saile. Like this…
