I posted this months ago on some SP sites and never thought of reminding the fastpitch bat buyers. Worth and Miken are now doing the bar code stickers on their new bats (believe Easton was already doing this).
If you buy a new model bat, be careful ripping the wrappers off. There is a little sticker bar code that is on the bat that you need to remove and attach to your receipt. The sticker matches the serial on the bat.
If you lose the little sticker, you WILL NOT be able to return for warranty purposes.
This is also a warning from buying from non-authorized dealers, ebay and whoever else. If they do not have an auth receipt AND the sticker, it is a no return bat and should be priced that way.
