So one of my girls Taylor, was missing east to west. I noticed her getting her hand/ball towards 3rd base direction and away from her body at her start of the arm action. She said her hand felt weird at release, twisting. I told her the the beginning was the problem and not the release. I reminded her to keep her arm circle within in the plane if the plate and let coordination do is job.

strike after strike, no missing inside or out. Only missing low and hign north/south , in which I told her that was great.

Just thought this was a good example of how something early in the motion can create problems downstream.
