Trench Foot?

Daughter played in a tournament yesterday. Pretty good downpour between first and second game. Toward the end of the second game, she started complaining that her foot hurt. After the game, we took her cleats and socks off and saw that her feet looked a wrinkled up from the water and painful to touch. We have an hour and a half break, so we let her feet dry, lotioned them up and put dry socks on. Today her heel still hurts a little but otherwise her foot is fine.

Anyone ever see this so quickly?

Been trying to find her some Carolina blue dri-weave socks, and just can't find them locally or find her size on the internet.
