The college coach shuffle

one of the things you see with smaller schools is the coaches may not be paid enough to be strictly head coach with a solid salary. Often have other positions within university.

So, when something better arises, they jump quick.

The prooblem is that these coaches just move on to another school because they "resigned" and didn't get fired. And their old schools won't bad mouth them for fear of a lawsuit so these coaches just move on from school to school.

The first time this happened it was very public and made the news. Looking back I’m sure they feel they made a mistake in hiring her but there was another job in between without incident so .
I truly hope she’s done coaching because she did a number on these players mentally
