Great information in the book. It has really helped the girls on my team. I keep going back and pulling nuggets that help. Tewks has gotten busy, so responses from his group are not as fast as I would like, but the process works.

What is the format of the book? Is it positions throughout the swing or drills?

I'm familiar with Wasserman's e-book and I know they work together-is it similar with that (What not to do, what not to do, what not to do, drills and why to use them).

The format is essentially the same as Wasserman's eBook.

I appreciate all the feedback from everyone and purchased the e-book yesterday and read last night. Tewks does a good job with his explanations and am impressed with the material and videos that go with it. Money well spent IMO.
