I actually bought the membership as I was curious. Here's my opinion:
Pros:
- systematic progression
- simple to understand
- a few good drills I picked up.
- all videos
Cons
- Nothing really new
- Feels "old school" stuff (i.e. Early 1990's stuff); goes a bit against some of the newer teachings (whatever you adhere to...)
- Very "robotic" progression, drills don't really help the athletes find their natural flow, timing and rhythm.
