Look how high her hands get before launching the barrel. Look through the Model Swings thread. I doubt that you'll find any/many that high.

I don't like the "up and over" she has with the hands. Have her use her scap and back to move the hands, rather than flopping the rear elbow around.

this looks like a powerful swing to me. However it looks like maybe too much tilt? OR tilt to soon? Or not enough front shoulder resistance?
Is this a good foundation to build from?
