I'm going to start using the leg lift as a drill. Load slow and early.
Im curious about the hip rotation... Is it a result of the FSR or is it a forced effort to rotate? Thoughts?

Front side resistance...
As the front leg pushes into the hip socket, this creates the initial hip rotation? Or is it a forced effort?
