TCB balls? Translation please?

TCB = Total Control Balls. One of the best things since sliced bread, LOL. I have both heavy ones and the ones with holes. The heavy ones are super good if you don't have much space. If your team is warming up in a small area prior to a game, for instance. DD and I used to use the TCBs out in our small front yard when she was younger. She eventually starting sending them into the street or into neighbor's yards, so we had to stop that.

The hole ones are also very good, but will travel farther, so you need more room to use them. If you were indoors in a gym they'd be just fine. If you have both and a place with room, you can mix up the two as you're tossing--they both have a yellow, rubbery cover.
