Let's just say "Money talks." If you want to get into the super pools at Scenic City, you have to ante up.

I highly doubt it works this way. I have no experience with Scenic City, but this doesn’t make much sense at all. You just have to be good, and if you’re not then get better.

You have to apply to get in the Power Pool at Sparkler. Fingers crossed that DD’s team “makes the cut” this next season.
