Rule clarification: No pitch called

It should be noted that this is the umpire's call so one of the umpires need to hear a word or see action for this to be a no pitch. Part of the reason it needs to be an obvious attempt is to avoid the "but this person said this word and that confused my pitcher" arguments.

As many umpires will attest, some of the reasoning coaches use for what could be perceived or not as a violation can get a little strange at times :) Coaches who have encountered umpires that come up with some strange reasons for allowing or disallowing things should be able to appreciate that.
