I totally agree parents should know how to act without some type of form or rules. I did meet with the parents and their daughters before we created the team and voiced my expectations of the parents and the players. The parent in question has been around the game for awhile and should know whats right or wrong behavior. Most the comments he says are not out loud for the kids to hear but other parent hear them and can't stand to sit anywhere near him. I have talked to him about the ump issue informing him all he is doing is shrinking our pitchers strike zone and increasing the others teams. Thank you for the resources and comments.

Parents(and grandparents) should know how to behave without signing a form.

Oh... They DO know it. But sometimes they need to be reminded how to act.

I will tell you this. 1st time 10U parents are the absolute worst. They don't know the rules and they can be overly invested in their children they don't know how to act when something doesn't go their way. They don't understand development.
