I've seen this, and if I owned PG, I wold give him a dozen, just to take down the video. This is why I don't think it's good as an unsupervised station; girls do exactly what he is doing. You will also see girls tomahawk the ball to the target; its incredible. We did start doing Happy Gilmore with it, which seems to work better.

We use it mainly to hit foam and mini wiffles now. I like that it weighs the same as her bat.

I used this tool for about six months as a station and am fighting hand path issues. Have you noticed that your students will cheat the device and end up cutting off their swing to make the ball go straight?
