Are you allowed to rotate back and forth between full windmill pitches and sling shot pitches? Had a pitcher doing that to us the other night. TIA

Yes. Both are legal deliveries as long as they are delivered legally (meaning: not that "slip pitch" we discussed on here a little while ago).
