Pitching Charts

Does anyone have a pitching chart to chart pitches and the results that they like to use? I have a generic one, but I am looking to see if there are better ones. Anyone have one they really like to use?

Check out Cindy Bristow's Softball Strategies, Coverages, Signals and Charts book. She has several versions of charts in there. I'm sure you'll find one you like.
