for throwing drills with scap emphasis, try to find Nyman ebook, Throwing for Dummies (includes "bow-arch-bow" and buggy whip models), or contact RonWolforth for drills at pitching central, athletic pitcher, especially "backward shaping" progression and "double bow-arch-bow" concept based on Nymans models. the second "bow-arch-bow" in Wolforth's double model is the scap motion inserted appropriately into the overall motion. Wolforth's pitching info is same as overhand throw.
