Not for UC.

Yes

If there is no sub, the game is over.

If playing NSA and using an EP with no sub. Still have 9 in the game after ejection but have no sub to replace ejected player...
Is Runner at first Out since no sub?
Is game over in this case also?

If playing ASA with a DP and FLex would this game be over since you still have 9 fielders in the game but only 8 batters? (Assuming DP and Flex were not the ejected player)

Okay... so an ejected runner is not automaticly called 'out' for colliding with a fielder who does not have the ball and is not blocking the base even if the umpires judgement is UC or flagrant violation.. Next question is 'CAN the ump call the runner out at his descretion'? If not then would this be grounds for a protest?...Not the ejection (judgement), the out call.

No, number of defensive players available is irrelevant.
