No Jeans Allowed?

Team wears black pants. Today I'm deciding on either black shorts or black (or gray) softball pants with a school jersey top. I sort of want to stand out instead of looking like one of the girls out there. Other coaches just wear khaki shorts and a coach polo/shirt.

NFHS 3-5 art 3 prohibits any types of jeans....I got called on it last year, which was my first game coaching. They were gracious and gave me a pass.
