The coach had a talk with the team last practice and explained about playing time, goals etc. He is a good guy and it appears that he is trying to be "fair", at least as much as that is possible being a TB coach. He told the 4 pitchers that the top three will start the pool games on Saturdays and the fourth will be a reliever (based upon how they pitch in practice).
