Haven't posted on here for a few years, but do check in once in a while. Thought I would post a recent front toss video as an update to the journey. Pretty happy where Liv's swing is right now starting her sophomore season in a couple weeks, but we are always working to improve and open to comments or suggestions.

Very good swing. You can see the hips pop through the back foot action. Good rotation, leverage off the back side, leverage off the front leg. I like the swing very much.

 

[Buttermaker]

Not a bad swing at all, but lacking snap. Rear leg is being pulled instead of doing the pulling. Front leg is opening hips instead of rear leg opening hips.
