I am perplexed why IR and backswings are the fix for everything.

You can't be serious! I haven't felt that at all. Have you not been paying attention...to Javasources "Drive mechanics" stuff?

I am perplexed why IR and backswings are the fix for everything. Have we gotten that limited on the board? Come with a cough or stomach ache, and a backswing will fix it! Please pitching gurus who are lurking, we need you for some fine-tuning of a kid that has great potential. Her BHH follow through looks pretty darn good.

What do you think she needs to work on? keep in mind that she may want to pitch in college not just high school. She is a good pitcher, athletic, strong, why not fix the ONE thing right now that might take her to the next level? How far is she going to get with that bowling in her motion?

As for follow through, that is usually the last rock to look under IMO. in this case, sure she gets to the opposite shoulder ala BHH, but with that palm up through the follow through I am pretty sure all the gurus would say that it is a pretty strong sign of upstream bowling.
