Need a little technical help with DD

I'm working on getting DD's back... Check out my profile pic... she is too forward...course I'm working from the feet up.

I seen that... put emphasis on the feet. I think she needs to balance the finish. The feet need to (scroll my word) and end up pointing toe towards pitcher-SS.

No, but maybe if she got stronger and worked on it.

I agree with you guys, the motion back is a little violent and needs to be calmed down some. What we plan on doing is

1.hitting of balance beam.
2. Reverse hand drill
3. throw the bat drill

I believe if I can get her swinging through full extension that the vioilent motion back at finish will calm down.

What do you guys think?

Here is the swing at full speed. Also note that see is hitting TCB balls of tee. She was working on driving through the ball.

redhotcoach - Would you say that's what she's doing and also what would you do to get her to fully extend through the ball?
