has anyone heard the rumors about the NCAA banning the older Easton bats becasue they are too hot and hit too many homeruns?

LOL, I hope not, I went on a craigslist scavenger hunt for SCN1B's and SCN8B's and bought a few of each.

Yes, and it's untrue. Next year when a (insert name of bat manufacturer) sponsored team wins the WCWS, then that brand of bat will be rumored to be on the "pending ban list". To put it mildly, it's pure BS.
As everyone else said, I'll believe it when I see it in writing. As for now, nothing but BS rumors.
