Metal cleats at 14u here. Ringors are our go-to. Pricey but they outgrow them before they need to be replaced. Catching a sale is great. You can pick up a pair for a good price.

We have spent more money on shoes then any other softball equipment and DD wore sneakers for a while.

Someone posted that they required all SB players to wear cleats, still on the fence on that requirement.
