Looking for suggestions for things to work on with DDs hitting.

Since fall started, she is hitting less for power, and more balls right into the ground.... fewer line drives and deep shots.

That being the case, redhotcoach has the solution in post #2; especially the split hand grip. That will really help with extension and getting rid of the down swing.

She's hitting down across the forehead of the ball instead of hitting square on the nose of the ball.
