I think it’s a sequence issue. Move this part then turn this part, while the hands wait for the movements to take place. In the past we called it shift and slot, instead of sitting into rotation.

Between the negative move and rotation nothing happens. It’s what Richard calls missing frames. Then she tries to rotate after the stride and creates a lot of slack between the body and hands/barrel.
It’s a swing with parts working separately instead of the whole working as one thing happening.
