Just curious what everyone's favorite drill is for a pitcher who is locking her arm at about 11 o clock. The arm has a slight bend until then but gets straight and stays straight after that
I would do the "T" drill that starts at around 11 o'clock with the arm bent and palm to the sky (or close to it) and pull the ball into release. This drill will isolate the arm movement to create good whip. Also, any of BMs drills he shows in the thread "IR in the classroom" will get you on the right track. Lastly, if you are using a PC, make sure he/she isn't teaching arm whip mechanics that promotes a locked arm?
