Lesson - Dont anger the softball gods

first game sunday (DDs team would win three to get to championship game, lose on walk off single with bases loaded), DDs team (visitor) is down 7 to 4, but have loaded the bases. opponent decides to make pitching change. this is top of the 5th, games are 80 min finish the inning. probably about 10 minutes left on clock. new pitcher spends 2-3 mintues playing around with dirt in front of pitching rubber. DDs team goes on to take a two run lead, gives up on in bottom of inning, time at some point in bottom of 5th, game over. bet that coach had those 3 minutes back.

fixed it, but that would be one for the record books. been their MO lately, both games they lost Sat, down 3 to 4 runs in last inning, got tying run to 3B and go ahead to 2nd in both games, could know em in,. week before two come from behind by multiple run wins. they never quit.
