Do any of y’all have contacts for pitching coaches in Dallas/ft worth area who teach IR? Every coach I talk to where I live look at me like I am an alien when I bring up IR...

They don’t know what I mean by IR and they teach HE but they don’t call it that. they teach the snap up to the shoulder

Indeed. Once per month I was there!! I haven't been back since I got back into doing lessons full time but, I may look into it for the end of the month or so. This time of year gets hard with high school ball conflicts.
