declared out. Exception: If the injury is caused by a rule violation by
the defensive team (for example batter hit by pitch, obstruction,
malicious contact), the player may be replaced by the player not
currently on base who had the last completed time at bat. This
exception does not apply to any future time at bat.
2. The players who have left the game cannot return to the lineup.
Exception: a player, who has left the game under the blood rule, may
return.
Yes she can be replaced since it was an injury caused by an infraction by the defense. She can be replaced by the first previous batter not currently on base. No she cannot return to the lineup unless she was removed because of the blood rule. Any subsequent missed at bats are an automatic out.
