Infield Throwing Drills.......

I have seen where a lot of teams have drills that their infields use before practice and before games. Example of one is : ball hit to 3b, she throws to 1st, then back to 3b then she throws to catcher.
Hope this makes since. Wondering where i could find any information on these types of drills.

You can often get good ideas from attending the National Sports Clinics. They have them in a few locations now so they may have one near you.

Usually just a star drill. There are a few variations. One typical one is: Hit to SS (or catcher throw to SS), SS to 1B, 1B to 3B, 3B to 2B, 2B to C, repeat. You can look up softball (baseball) star drill for more.
