I've been trying to work with my older DD, but it hasn't come as easy to her as her youngest sister. I know there is a lot here wrong, but don't know where to start. Need some opinions and advice for her and me. She's 10 yrs old, has played since 4. Hits a lot of balls off the end of bat. I know her front shoulder is pulling out away from the ball. But don't know why, how, or what to do about it.

Thanks
Chad

1: She looses her balance by standing up.
Fix:
Stick your butt out and barely soften your knees, try to maintain that balance all the way through your swing
2: She sways back arms and body together.
Fix:
Hips forward, hands back. Coil back as you fall out to toe touch. Create space between hands and back hip.
Same thing happens when you throw. (the sequence)

That is why I always teach throwing mechanics first.

Good luck
