The model swings thread on this site is a good place to start.

You can do a Save As on those clips, download them to your computer, and then open them with QuickTime to go through them frame by frame with the arrow keys on your keyboard (while the clip is paused).

OK. I did that and it works great. Now , can I do the same sort of things with videos from You Tube? If so , how? Your help would be appreciated.

yeah just go to keepvid.com in your browser, enter a youtube url you copied into the box, hit return. You then get choices of which format and quality of the video you would like to download. I think if you are using quicktime then choose mp4.

I see a lot of people use Right View Pro with the clips of hitters that they choose. I found a cheaper video capture program called MotionPro. It's just like RVP without the MLB licensing cost. The reason I mention it is because MP allows you to use your own clips. If you have a DVR, DVD player, or VHS, you can put any hitter you want. I record every NCAA softball game that comes on TV. We use the clips of the hitters I like. I can put Goler from UGA next to Bonds and show my kids. Neither is on RVP. Building a clip library takes a little time. But, it is the fun part for me. Just a suggestion.

Candrea no longer teaches what is in that Sportskool video as far as I know.

He is fully in the Slaught RightView Pro camp. Along with Sue Enquist....as far as I know.

Candrea adopted Slaught's hitting methodology prior to these Sportskool videos.
