I'm sure TM would say 'no external rotating of the rear humerus'. Not to much external rotation. External rotation of the rear humerus is 'slop'/'slack' in the swing.Releasing the scap/shoulder to soon. To much external rotation, good catch by TM.

Although doesn't Yeager base the entire back arm action as external rotation?
The proper rear arm action in hitting, after the pull back loading, is adduction and supination.....NOT EXTERNAL ROTATION.

I wasn't saying Yeager was correct, just saying that he bases the entire back arm action to external rotation.
