If your practice swing and game swing are not close to the same mechanically, my guess up it’s a timing issue.

I'm with you. If you don't have timing you don't have a chance no matter how 'pretty' the swing is.

This took me several hitters and frustration to realize. The player wants to make her tee swing her game swing but improper timing gets in the way IMO

Have seen a couple drills like this where they put colored numbers or letters on the ball and just take the pitches and look to identify the colored object following the ball all the way to the catcher (net). Too fast for these old eyes LOL.
