You teach the sequence in the Carpenter video? I guess it doesn't matter so much what the feet are doing. Carpenter looks to be flat footed or have both feet on the ground at the same time. Maybe I need to take a closer look of what I consider to be rotating into footplant.

I don't think I made myself clear in the post. I don't use Carpenter as a model. I was referencing the back knee action which is much the same in the above video.

I guess your not going to explain "sat". I was going to say that many young hitters collapse or sit (more of a sink) and it's not a good thing.

Thought I did. A hitter isn't sitting. Getting SAT is not SITTING. A hitter is getting SAT at launch. What does it feel like when you are getting SAT. The feeling just before you sit in a chair but, not sitting/sat in the chair.
