DD is 15 and has a Pro 44 12.25 softball glove that seems to be too loose after adjusting to the smallest holes. I’ve tried tightening thumb and pinky as well. Is there any harm in punching two more holes for adjustment? Any help or input would be greatly appreciated!

Is she using the TIP method where she puts her pinky and ring finger in the pinky stall? That will change her hand angle as it enters the glove and make for a tighter fit. Also, you don't want a super tight fit or it makes the glove harder to close. Lastly, you can have her wear a batting glove to tighten the fit slightly.

I would try that first before drilling holes in the leather.

Thanks everyone for the input. She does use the two in the pinky method. I’ll give the PD methods go and possibly try a batting glove.

Thanks

You can also lace a wristband through the wrist enclosure. That’s what we did when my daughter was younger.
