I've increasingly heard "slow to fast," but don't really get what is meant by that. Halppppp!

I think what they mean is the arm should accelerate throughout the circle, reaching full speed right before IR. That is what my DD is been taught, just different words.

But I could be wrong, it happened once before.

Most kids don't understand that power in HITTING is primarily in the legs either. In time, with more body awareness, they get it better. But both pitching and hitting's primary power is legs.
