I just saw one of his youtube videos and I was wondering if he was still alive. In the video, he was using weightlifters belt and rubber tube to work on legs. Was he the first to teach that? How old was he? Thanks for posting this.

He certainly was one of the pioneers in helping our sport. Did it say how he passed (cancer, age etc.???)

I think it was age. I believe he was in his 80s. I know he had a stroke a few years ago.
